Title clearance for Atlas Celestial Park
We are pleased to inform you that the title Clarence certificate in the name of ATLASGOLD TOWNSHIPS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED for our project “Celestial Park” has been obtained from major Banks.
We are glad to inform you that banks will provide loans to individual for the purchase of individual units subject to usual terms and condition.November 8 , 2009
Chairman's message
Iam indeed pleased to bring to the notice of all the atlas Celestial Park family members that the construction is going on in full strength at the Nedumbassery site. We have already put up 45 steel structures for the pillars to support the building. There are now 4 qualified Engineers working at the site. Arrangements have been made to test the ready mix concrete to be procured in. One of the engineers will also be checking the site at which the ready mix is being made in order to ensure that they are using the same brand of cement that we have instructed to use.
Iam thankful to the support of every member for enabling Atlas to embark upon such a prestigious project. While every effort is being made from our side to complete the project in time, I also request those who have not signed the agreement to do so as early as possible.

We have acquired 21.3 cents of land adjacent to the present place. So that we will be able to provide adequate car parking to everybody.

Erection of Steel cage for concreting the remaining piling works.

We have issued tender documents for major contractors for the civil works. They will submit the tender before 22nd of this month.

We have gained inspiration from the success of ATLAS Celestial Park and there for now we are looking for attractive properties close to Cochin International Airport.

174 piles have been completed, another 21 piles have to be done by Rotary/Drilled piling. This is due to the reason that the conventional piling makes too much of disturbances to the neighboring houses. However the Rotary/Drilled piling takes more time, but we expect them to be completed by 15th of September. Once again this is due to the reason that there are a number of holidays on account of Onam Celebrations. We assure you that the handover date will not be affected at any cost.

The Company started piling work on 16th June 2009 as the terrain is very hard.
Piling is a laborious process; however we have completed 149 of the total number
of 195 piles required for the construction. The remaining 46 would be completed
within 15 days time.
Our architect has arranged for the load testing of the piles from Aug 17, 2009.
There have been some changes in the administrative levels of the company and
we have infused new blood into the top management. With this infusion we trust
that the work will proceed without any hazard and at a greater phase.
